$300 million for Type 1 Research Secured
Congress was successful in overriding the President’s veto. Coupled with the one year extension of the SDP secured last December, JDRF has been able to secure $450 million for type 1 diabetes research over the past six months.

JDRF is a non-profit organization fully committed to finding a cure for Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes. Our extensive Family Networks enable us to come together to offer support, encouragement, and programming for families of children with diabetes.
